The GPD XD Plus is powered by a Mediatek MT8176 processor running at 2.1Ghz, the graphics chip is a PowerVR GX6250 running at 600Mhz. There is 4GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 32GB of eMMC storage. The storage can be expanded with a MicroSD Card. The XD Plus has supports 2/5Ghz 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi Fi and Bluetooth 4.1.
In terms of streaming performance, definitely the GPD Win. Steam In-Home Streaming outperforms Moonlight / NVidia Game Stream by far, and on top of that the GPD Win has 5G WiFi support, while the XD only sports 2.4G. This might not sound too important, but it very much is for low-latency streaming. I could use my Galaxy Note 8 which I'm sure is more powerful, but I hate playing games with the touchscreen, I didn't want to bring an extra controller with me, and more importantly, I didn't want to drain the battery when my phone should be for communicating with people.
